Feminine Face of Money
Founder and CEO
Greater Seattle Area
Dianne Juhl, M.A., is a master educator, speaker and author who specializes in female investor psychology, training services for financial advisors, and consulting for financial firms’ organizational transformation. She is experienced in coaching engaged (virtual) advisor teams and supporting advisors to enhance their client relationships. Dianne thoroughly understands prospecting strategies via mobile-enabled platforming and obtaining commitments from clients during the onboarding and financial planning phases.

Dianne is building an online portal, MonetaGold (TM) for financial advisors, and licenses client education and engagement tools plus relevant knowledge about female investors, their money, and the families they control.

Our knowledge-based program, boxed with digital content and tools combined with psychology, supports financial advisors to help more women (and the families they control) through their investing lifecycle. Our program takes into account women’s expectations for gender-aware investing advice and a communication approach that delivers peace of mind and harmony in their relationships around money. Both really matter. And we get women to stick to their financial goals and investing decisions 80% of the time in turbulent markets. The program was developed out of Dianne Juhl’s own experience and hundreds of her coaching conversations with high earners and affluent females; we have two patents pending for it.

FFOM® products and services are a significant advancement over conventional financial planning services because women feel connected with their investment counsel. Strengthening the effectiveness of your advisors with female clients helps most firms demonstrate why financial planning services should command a pricing premium in the marketplace. Ultimately, advisors are able to boost their client rosters with women who want you to manage their money and will bring others to the table – women who are within five years of controlling the majority (66%) of wealth in the U.S. – which includes investing the 20 trillion-dollar transfer of wealth underway now.

Dianne brings insight gained through extensive training and experience as an 11-year Microsoft executive, depth psychologist, entrepreneur (since age seven in her family’s farming business), and Hall of Fame athlete.
