Jay Levy is a co-founder and partner of Zelkova Ventures. Jay focuses most of his time in working with the current portfolio companies and looking at new investments in the software-as- a-service, Internet media and green tech space. Jay launched his entrepreneurial career while in high school with his first web- services firm, providing web development services to early stage companies. After high school Jay moved to New Jersey to attend Rutgers University, where he studied finance & political science. While at Rutgers he helped to launch uconnections.com, an Internet portal for college students merging the office campus community with the dorm. While still in college Jay went to work for Morgan Stanley working on the development of their separately managing account business. After leaving Morgan Stanley Jay helped to launch MPI Professionals, a New York based financial service consultancy, which was later acquired by a publicly traded multi-national. More recently Jay was a founding partner of Trueview Services, an online monitoring solution targeted to the small business and residential market.
Jay has been a recipient of the Crain’s top 5 Entrepreneurs to watch in New York and
received the 40 under 40 Award from Westchester County. Jay currently resides in Manhattan and in his free time enjoys playing golf, tennis and running.

She joined JP Morgan Chase in November 2011. From 2011 – June 2015, Jennifer served as a Senior Vice President with Chase Commercial Middle Market Banking. She managed a portfolio of clients across a spectrum of industries including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and retail with revenues between $50.0mm and $1.0 billion. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader for U.S. Bank. She started her banking career at U.S. Bank, where she held various positions within the Corporate Bank including managing a portfolio of media and telecommunicationscompanies that varied in size from start-up enterprises to public global corporations. Collectively, she spent 13 years with U.S. Bank. Jennifer’s banking career also includes four years at KeyBank Capital Markets where she represented both the corporate and investment banking operations of the Key platform.
Jennifer’s technology industry experience includes serving in product management and corporate development positions at Microsoft and AT&T Wireless. From 2002 - 2004, she held a strategic partner management role with Microsoft. In that capacity, Jennifer fostered the growth of a marquee relationship into a multi-billion dollar partnership. She also brings M&A and corporate finance experience having assisted AT&T Wireless in
executing its GSM strategy in the early 2000’s.
