Seattle Startup Week

True leadership is born from self awareness and a deep understanding of how we are programmed as humans.  This session is all about conscious leadership and relationship building.  Every single day, leaders are faced with a myriad of decisions, most of which are driven by psychological factors.  Should we spend more or not?  Should we hire or fire this person?  To ask for that promotion or raise, or not?  Should we work late and miss a child’s school play?  This session will use principles and tools taught by both a student and teacher of Pathwise Leadership.
