Heather Lewis is Director of the Fast Pitch program at Social Venture Partners where she works with mission-driven businesses and innovative nonprofits making a difference in the Puget Sound region and beyond. Previously she consulted for UW Vice President for Innovation, Vikram Jandyhala on innovation ecosystem best practices, and performed due diligence at UW’s CoMotion.

Heather holds a Bachelors in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, an MPA in Science and Technology Policy, and a certificates in Technology Entrepreneurship and Technology Law and Public Policy from the University of Washington business and law schools. She is the Co-Chair of the eGovernment Committee at the City of Seattle’s Technology Advisory Board, a member of the Pacific Northwest Cybersecurity Business Leadership Council, a Partner at Social Venture
Partners, and a member of SVPI’s Network Technology Advisory Committee. She is passionate about projects related to smart, sustainable cities.
