Joseph Williams is the ICT Sector Lead for Governor Jay Inslee. Previously the dean of Seattle Pacific University’s School of Business, Government, and Economics, Dr. Williams is a former executive at Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. A veteran of four startups, Joseph is also the Emerging Technologies editor for IEEE’s IT Professional magazine and author of its “Life in the C-Suite” column.
