I have been at Delta Dental of Washington for close to 15 years. I work in both of our Eastern Washington office locations, traveling between the two (Spokane and Colville) throughout the week. My department has implemented almost 40 employee ideas over the past three months and we huddle daily and/or weekly depending on the area or team within Operations. We have recently piloted a new call QA program that was designed from a design sprint and it has been amazing to see it evolve!
