After practicing Social Work for over 20 years, Diane leapt into the entrepreneurial world to launch a consumer and B2B tech platform in the photo and digital content marketing space. She is Founder and CEO of Photopad, the recipient of two nominations for startup of the year and innovative product of the year 2018, and the 2015 Women of the Year in Business Award. Her passion and leadership empower women to succeed in business through providing resources and connections. She serves on the Board of Directors to Women In Wireless and Women in Tech. A Past Director of Founder Institute, a mentor to startups and invited to the Seattle White House Digital Tech Summit. Diane regularly promotes entrepreneurship and leadership through her speaking engagements including YPIN Women Leadership Day, Washington Outstanding Teen Leadership Day, Microsoft, Women Who Code, Women in Tech Seattle and Vancouver and Seattle, Seattle Startup Weekend in which her teams have come in first and second place.
