I run ReBoot Seattle, a program designed to get women back into the workforce after they've taken a career pause to raise their families. ReBoot offers career counseling, technical skills training and introductions to recruiters, with the goal of getting our cohort current, connected and confident. Talk to me about the challenges of getting back into the workforce, working as an expansion site with an HQ in Silicon Valley, the issues companies face as they get off the ground.
