Birgit Hansen is a co-lead of Seattle Startup Week’s Healthcare track; she chairs the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Healthcare sessions.Birgit Hansen works as a Microsoft consultant specializing in developer documentation most recently for Cognitive Services, a part of Microsoft Research built around AI and machine learning. With a background in Cultural Anthropology, she has always had a special interest in the socio-economic aspects of sickness and health and has recently become a certified healthcare data analyst.
