Christy Johnson is the founder of Artemis Connection—a company committed to helping organizations innovate and engage talent in creating new products and services. She is an entrepreneur and educator focused on creativity, strategy and the value of human capital. Ultimately she believes people are an organization’s most important asset and by having a diverse workforce organizations will have the most creative and innovative solutions. She is also a catalyst and course facilitator for four of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business online LEAD program courses: Designing organizations for creativity and innovation; Critical Analytical Thinking; Strategic Leadership and Innovator’s playbook. She is also an adjunct faculty member for theNew Ventures Course at the University of Washington and she designed + taught a new course “Women in Entrepreneurial leadership.” Artemis is known for its work in inclusion, diversity, equity and access. She has seven years of experience working in corporate innovation and strategy, including almost 4 years at McKinsey & Company where she was a contributor to the centered leadership study. She is passionate about partnering with her clients to find strategic insights and then translate the findings into action. Christy is a trusted advisor who works closely with senior executives to direct and implement core innovation initiatives. She has a demonstrated track record of delivering near- and long-term executable strategies across a broad range of industries, with a specialization in venture capital, technology, media, and healthcare companies. In addition to her leadership and change management expertise, she is a creative, entrepreneurial problem solver who understands how to generate bottom-line results.

Christy is an avid reader and runner who resides in Mukilteo, Washington with her husband, Kyle Johnson, her seven- year old daughter and her four-year-old twin boys.
