From start-ups to behemoth corps, Hillenmeyer’s experiences provide diverse perspectives to solve problems across the business spectrum.

Hillenmeyer is currently serving on the Global Offering Management team at IBM - Driving transformation & change in IBM's product/offering management and deployment process across all of IBM's portfolio, including cloud & on-prem software, hardware and services.

Prior to this role, Hillenmeyer worked for IBM Watson, creating the A.I. content strategy and methodology for IBM's conversational artificial intelligence software and researching/establishing hundreds of industry specific use cases for artificial intelligence. She has led the prototyping and market validation of several a.i. specific solutions, including those solutions with C-suite, consumer and enterprise end-users.

Before Watson, Hillenmeyer led testing of next-gen energy grid technology, led initiatives in conjunction with the White House to establish new energy regulation, and wrote several industry POVs on: disruptive technologies and market movement for Media & Energy industries, as well as emerging technology (AI, IoT, AR/VR) on the greater economy and consumer expectations. Hillenmeyer is proud to be involved with and support several organizations that facilitate conversations and actions to promote a more inclusive environment for women, LGBTQ, PoC and individuals of varying abilities.
